Common questions about our pricing

Can I switch plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), ACH transfers, and wire transfers for Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?

Yes! We offer special pricing for qualified non-profit organizations and educational institutions. Contact our sales team to learn more about our education and non-profit programs.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your plan limits (at 80% and 90%). You can either upgrade to a higher tier or purchase additional usage credits. We don't automatically charge overage fees - you stay in control.

Is there a setup fee?

No! There are no setup fees for any of our plans. Enterprise plans may include optional onboarding and training services, but these are clearly communicated upfront.
